“With thousands of children been born everyday and the death rate coming down , population has lost it’s balance and the effects of the stress on the well being of the planet.” Says Actress Neha Bhasin. She adds,” This is a serious problem with the world and we must start paying heed to it before we land up in bigger trouble. Adoption is a good idea for curbing the population and if people really want to share their love they can just do so when kids who are already in the world and waiting for a family.”

The campaign of 11th July or the World Population Day  every year increases the knowledge and skills of the people worldwide towards their reproductive health and family planning.

This year’s World Population Day theme is A world of 8 billion: Towards a resilient future for all – Harnessing opportunities and ensuring rights and choices for all.
