Kangana races to Manikarnika shoot finish line with record efficiency

The shooting of the movie Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi concluded in Maheshwar today. Kangana Ranaut has been leading the entire unit from the front and has shown exceptional leadership skills to make sure that despite the challenges the shooting wraps up in the stipulated time. Kangana optimised all the resources that she had at her disposal and has efficiently managed to wrap the entire shoot in 45 days. Even the producers are amazed at her dedication for the project and how she managed to wrap the shoot without a single day of spill over.

Manikarnika is a biopic on Rani Lakshmibai and the magnum opus will feature some high octane action sequence. To make sure that everything wraps up smoothly Kangana ran two units, one for action and the other for drama. For the action sequences she worked very closely with the ace action director Nick Powell. Acting in both the units and taking over one as a director, was a challenging and exhausting task for Kangana but the actress gave it her all with a big smile without complaining about lack of sleep or running high fever. Everyone on the sets can’t stop raving about Kangana’s professionalism.
After stepping in the Director’s chair Kangana has made sure that the movie meets the best standards creatively and performance wise. Even on the acting front, playing the character of Rani Lakshmibai was a daunting task and the Queen actress left no stone unturned to make sure that everyone gives in their best.

Produced by Zee Studios and Kamal Jain, Manikarnika-The Queen of Jhansi, is slated to release on January 25, 2019. The teaser of the movie was released on October 2 and has already got a stupendous response from the viewers and broke several records.
