Salman Khan starts shooting for Race 3

When Salman fans are desperately waiting for Tiger Zinda Hai, they found one more reason to rejoice. Salman Khan has literally sent his fans into a frenzy with his  action avatar in Tiger Zinda Hai trailer, he is all set to start working on his next Race 3. The third installment in the popular action film franchise, the film is being directed by  Remo D’souza.

Along with Salman, the movie also features Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol and Saqib Saleem.

However, in a tweet on Friday morning, Salman confirmed that his Jai Ho co-star Daisy Shah has also come on board the film. The actor shared a group photograph in which the entire cast was all smiles.

Popularly referred as The Bhaijaan of Bollywood has started shooting for Remo D’Souza’s action drama Race 3 and has even shared a team photo from the mahurat shot.

True to his nature, the bindas Khan has captioned the click as, “Baki sab toh Theek Hai but look at how hot, cool, sweet, charming & sexy is rameshji looking in this Race 3 ke team pic mein .”

It was only on Thursday that the director, Remo D’Souza announced the film going on floors with a picture of the clapboard. “This is my biggest Race guys my life’s biggest so I need all your good wishes coz I need it 🙂 and I promise I won’t let anyone down. It’s time for #race3,” wrote Remo while sharing the photo.

Its needless to mention that Race 3 is the third installment of the Race franchise which was first released in 2008 and the second in the series hit the screens in 2013. While the first installment, directed by Abbas-Mastan garnered positive reviews, Race 2 didn’t fare well at the box office. Now, with a new director on board and with an ensemble star cast including Salman, Jacqueline Fernandez, Saqib Saleem, Bobby Deol, Freddy Daruwala and Daisy Shah, it would be interesting to see what will come out on the silver screen on Eid in 2018.

However, the fans of the franchise movie are eagerly waiting for Anil Kapoor, who added wit and humour with his character of Robert D’Costa or RD to the earlier installments, to join the Race 3 team.

Jacqueline who is all set to share the screen space with Salman for the second time after 2014 release Kick, earlier in an interview said, “Like how it was in part one of two of Race, in this film also all the characters will have a shade of negativity. They all are negative until you see who actually is the good person and who is bad. Now that we have Salman on board and Remo is directing it so it’s completely new take on Race as a franchise, so it will be exciting.”
