Dilip Kumar saab finally got discharged by 4 pm today.

Bollywood’s legendary actor Dilip Kumar, who was admitted in Lilavati Hospital  on the evening of August 2, after he suffered dehydration and a urinary tract infection got discharged today by 4 pm.

His wife Saira Banu, friend and family stood by him while he took discharged from hospital. Saira banu turns emotional while thanking every one for showering love and prayers to Dilip Saab and wrote on her tweeter handle:

“By the grace of Allah, Dilip Sahab is under the care of Dr. Nitin Gokhale, Dr.  Arun Shah of Lilavati Hospital :and Sahab’s personal family physicians Dr. R.C. Sharma and Dr. S. Gokhale, along with the able input of Dr. S. D. Bapat…this excellent  team has given the green signal to take Sahab home today.My gratitude to fans, friends for prayers, doctors for expert treatment, hospital staff n Sahab’s personal attendants for all the care.It is the Almighty God’s will and benevolence that I wish to acknowledge in all humility and gratitude.”

While addressing media outside Lilavati Hospital, she added “He is very good.It was like a nightmare. This has been a miracle. I thank God for all the good things”.

She thanked all his fans and doctors and said “all his fans, doctors, every one wished for his good health and God heard the prayers. I cant tell you how grateful I am. This was a terrible thing which happened all of a sudden”.

Saira Jee further added ” Dilip Saab is perfectly fine now. He is eating and also talking slowly. God willing, he will be alright soon”.

She turned candid in Hindi and expressed her feelings for the superstar and said ” Jiska Shauhar kohinoor hoga Hindustan hu, unki wife sati savitri kyu nahi hogi? Me deewani hu unki”.
