Director Brahmanand S Singh said, “We have a powerful medium called the cinema and if you can make a good film, then nothing like it. Happy to have got this cast that makes the film more pleasure and purposeful.“

“The specialty of this film is its sensitivity, kids are very sharp and open. I am very happy and proud to be a part of this film. Working on such a film has impacted me a lot personally,” said Tannishtha Chatterjee.

“I was fortunate enough to be called to play a role in a film like Jhalki. I have lived a blessed childhood. I really hope every child in our country gets a healthy, safe environment and education. Added Divya Dutta.

“I was writing my own film one day and got a message saying that we would like you to be part of a film based on child trafficking. The message flashed again in a few minutes and just typed DONE, though generally, I take some time to respond to messages unless it is my wife’s message.” Concluded Boman Irani laughingly. Boman plays a character inspired by Kailash Satyarthi in the film.
