Snow Moon in Leo: Psychic and Healer Sharmila Cirvante calls it a time to rise and shine

Psychic and Healer Sharmila Cirvante shared that the February 1 full moon is not just another date on the calendar. She emphasized that it carries deep emotional and symbolic meaning of feelings we don’t immediately understand. She explained that this full moon highlights inner truths and emotional shifts that many people experience without fully realizing why.

She said, “The full moon on February 1st is called the Snow Moon, and that is essentially because it is linked to the weather, with particular reference to the US. Typically, a full moon marks harvest or a certain period in life, but if you notice, you react differently during every full moon. Your emotions suddenly get overwhelming; your behaviour becomes inexplicable and you can’t understand why you’re feeling or behaving a certain way. You feel restless; that’s because the brightness of the full moon brings certain truths to light, truths that you were not aware of or have supressed. You can expect this to happen in the February 1st full moon.”

She added that this emotional intensity is not random but deeply connected to where this full moon is positioned astrologically. “This full moon is in the sign of Leo, and Leo is a very proud sign. It’s a sign of creativity, it loves attention, it’s the lion so it loves to rule over things, and it seeks and needs a lot of recognition. The Snow Moon may make you realize that you’ve actually been missing out on all these things because you’ve been too conformist or been too dictated by other people, their expectations of you, and their norms.”

As the Leo energy intensifies, Sharmila believes this moon pushes people to reclaim their individuality and purpose. She said, “This moon is going to bring your truths to light, which will make you suddenly stand up and ask for what is rightfully yours, depending on your life’s purpose, and stand up against things that have been imposed upon you by other people. You may see yourself setting intentions and a plan for what you really want to do or express.”

She cautioned that this awakening may come with emotional release. “You’ll realize that you’ve suppressed a part of yourself, that you’ve been too busy being a people-pleaser, but now you want to find your identity and boldly display that identity. Leo is a very dramatic sign, so expect a few dramatic moments because at the end of the day, suppression has been bubbling inside you, and you’ve been wanting to come out and break through. So watch how you bring out those moments, watch what you say, watch how you act, and watch what you do.”

She shared that the recent planetary alignments have been astrologically charged. “The days that have been leading up to the Snow Moon have been astrologically charged, creating deep transformation and a kind of raw, disruptive power. It would’ve felt like pressure slowly piling up beneath the surface for days. Then, when the full moon arrives on February 1st, it’ll feel like a tipping point, the moment when all that built-up tension finally finds a way out.”

Certain zodiac signs, she noted, will feel this energy more strongly. She said, “There are six signs that are going to be affected, and those are going to be Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius, Sagittarius, and Aries. Now, while all these signs are going to feel this intensity of transformation, Sagittarius and Aries, being fire signs, will feel more. You must have been feeling that you need to make a difference, that you need to redefine your self-image; your identity needs to be out there; you’re not expressing yourself enough. You will now focus on creating more presence.”

She encouraged people to reflect deeply on visibility and self-expression. She said, “Focus on these questions; focus on what the message is that you can put forth and how you can make yourself visible online and offline. Leo loves attention, so see what you can do to get that attention to yourself, but in a good, wholesome, authentic way.”

“You’ve got to watch for your ego because Leo is all about ego, so you’ve also got a lot of charged energy. Make sure that important decisions are not based on ego-first.”

Sharmila then shared practical steps to align with this powerful lunar phase. She said, “I’m suggesting some do’s and don’ts that would help you. Like we said, Leo loves attention, and chances are you’ve not been able to do that all along because you’ve been too controlled by other people or too busy pleasing other people, that you’ve forgotten what your own intentions and expectations are. What is it that you want to do that aligns with your soul purpose or with your interests or with your inner truth? This is the perfect time to reflect, contemplate, and focus on that to enhance your visibility. Portraying your authentic message will make people gravitate towards you. People understand authenticity and can sense when someone is fake or artificial.”

She encouraged creative expression and action. “Whether you’re online or offline, focus and showcase that authenticity. It could be a post on something you care about, expressing your ideas, showcasing your creativity. All this energy will help you be seen as authentic.”

Another important action to do is decluttering. She said, “Get rid of clutter, make space for the new, and tidy up your digital and physical spaces. Delete everything that does not serve you or which has no relevance in your life and focus on what makes you shine. And be open with compliments, to both giving compliments and receiving them, and accept them with gratitude.”

Moving on to the don’ts, Sharmila warned against losing one’s identity. She said, “We get so caught up in responsibilities, in fulfilling others’ expectations or in pleasing people that we forget our authentic self. If you’ve been procrastinating for a while, it’s time to focus on you, dust off that folder of ideas and thoughts that you have and start putting them into action.”

Sharmila summed up by saying, “Snow Moon is a signal to rise and shine. When you should choose courage over comfort and authenticity over approval. Stop asking for permission to be who you are and start living your authentic self. Live your life as who you are and not as what other people expect you to be.”
