Shivangi Khedkar is winning hearts with her portrayal of Shruti in Pyaar Paisa Profit, the latest offering from Inspire Films. Set in the high-pressure world of finance, the series blends ambition, relationships, and inner transformation — something Shivangi believes makes her character deeply relatable.

“Shruti is all of us at some point,” she says. “She’s confused, afraid, trying to keep up in a fast-paced world. But that’s what makes her journey beautiful.”

For Shivangi, portraying Shruti meant stepping into shoes far from her own but rooted in familiar emotional truths. “There’s a moment where Shruti says ‘enough’ and walks away from toxicity. That scene broke something in me but also healed something,” she confesses. “Playing her forced me to confront unspoken pressures I’ve carried too.”

While the show delves into love and ambition, Shivangi isn’t shy about what comes first for her. “Paisa. Then pyaar. Then ambition,” she says honestly. “Without money, even love can start to feel like a burden. Financial independence gives you the dignity to live life on your own terms.”

So, what advice would Shruti give about love or money? Shivangi smiles, “She’d say: ‘Apne liye iss baar thoda jee leti hoon.’ And I’d agree. Life’s too short to live for others all the time.”

Despite the intense themes, Shivangi highlights the importance of friendship in the story. “At the end of the day, it’s your friends who stay. That’s the emotional anchor of the show — and life.”
