Pooja Seth on Her Transformative Sound Healing Session in Jalandhar and Plans for 2026

Healer Pooja Seth continues to deepen her connection with audiences across India through her powerful sound healing sessions, following a successful event in Mumbai with an equally moving experience in Jalandhar. Known for her intuitive healing practices and spiritually rooted approach, Pooja believes sound healing is a profound tool for clearing unseen blocks and inviting prosperity, peace, and alignment into one’s life.

Reflecting on her recent session in Jalandhar, Pooja explains why sound healing plays such an important role in inner and outer well-being. “For money and prosperity, one must definitely attend sound healing sessions. Sound healing clears blocks that we might not even be aware of in our minds. It is excellent for our mind, body, and soul,” she says. She also stresses the importance of disciplined spiritual practice. “We should practice mantra chanting if we know the proper way, specifically the mantras for our seven chakras. These should be done for a minimum of 21 days while sitting in the same particular spot every day. Even our angels begin to recognize our path when we do these things consistently.”

Pooja highlights charity and conscious giving as essential aspects of spiritual growth. “If you are giving something to someone, it should definitely be in the form of charity. It is said that if you set aside a tenth of your earnings for donation, it comes back to you in the form of prosperity and health,” she shares. She adds that daily rituals rooted in faith can bring stability and blessings. “One should light a lamp in the temple every day if you believe in these traditions. And this year, every person in the house should plant at least one tree so that you leave something behind for others in this world. I feel this would be your gift to nature.”

Speaking about compassion in action, Pooja offers a thoughtful perspective on helping those in need. “Never give money to poor people on the roadside, because they might spend it on the wrong things. If you want to give, give them food, and if possible, something home-cooked,” she says. “When you give food to people on the roadside, you never know what kind of heartfelt blessings they might give you from their empty stomachs.”

She also shares a traditional remedy she follows with deep faith. “Every morning, the first three rotis made in the house should be topped with jaggery and fed to a cow every single day. Since the bread is made by your hands, the hands of Annapurna, and combined with jaggery, it will calm your planetary positions and bring immense barkat to your home,” Pooja explains.

Emphasising intention over expectation, she adds, “Do this not with the thought that you want something in return, but with the awareness that 33 crore deities reside within the cow. Once your intention is set and you surrender the outcome, you will see how the universe manifests things for you.”

Recalling the Jalandhar session held on December 30, 2025, Pooja describes it as an unforgettable experience. “It was beyond imagination, honestly. Any words I use would fall short,” she says. The session came together through a personal connection with a client from Jalandhar who had benefited from her remedies earlier. “She insisted that I come to Jalandhar, and I had no idea how it would go,” Pooja shares.

Initially, the response was slow, but the energy shifted dramatically. “Until the 28th, I only had four bookings. I don’t know how it happened, but by the 30th, I had 31 bookings. People were even calling me that morning saying they wanted to join,” she recalls. The session, scheduled from 12 pm to 2 pm, extended well beyond its planned time. “The experiences people had were simply unthinkable. Even after the session ended, they didn’t want to leave. We finished at 3 pm just taking reviews, and people stayed with me until 5 pm.”
Grateful for the warmth she received, Pooja acknowledges the support behind the scenes. “Mr. Marwah took care of everything, from decoration to arranging mattresses for every participant. Mata Rani gave me another family there,” she says. “They say wherever Punjab goes, it spreads immense love, and Jalandhar was exactly like that.”

Looking ahead, Pooja has an exciting line-up of sessions planned for the new year. “My next sessions are on the 16th in Delhi at the Chelmsford Club and on the 17th in Gurgaon. I feel very strongly that these two sessions will mark a new beginning and a new chapter for 2026,” she shares. Amritsar is next on her list in February, followed by many more cities. “I want to cover every city so that if even a single soul can be healed through us, it will be a great blessing from Mata Rani.”
