Multiple National Award winning filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar, celebrated for his hard-hitting and socially rooted cinema such as Chandni Bar, Page 3, Fashion, Heroine, Traffic Signal and Babli Bouncer. The talented director has officially wrapped the shoot of his upcoming film ‘The Wives’. The film brings together a strong ensemble cast featuring Sonali Kulkarni, Mouni Roy, Regina Cassandra, Rahul Bhatt, Saurabh Sachdeva, Arjan Bajwa and Freddy Daruvala.

With ‘The Wives’, Bhandarkar once again turns his lens towards the underbelly of Bollywood, exploring the unseen emotional worlds that exist behind glamour, power and public perception. Known for capturing the raw truth of human relationships and social dynamics, the filmmaker promises a story that is intimate, layered and deeply relevant.
