Businessman and entrepreneur Gauravv Saxena is back in India after almost eight years. He was married to actress and Bigg Boss 18 contestant Hema Sharma, and their divorce was finalized in November 2024; however, his agony doesn’t seem to end. Not only does he have restrictions on visitation rights with his son, but he has also been weighed down with a mountain of financial responsibility.

Talking about his distress, he shared, “To set the record straight, my divorce was finalized in November 2024. While the marriage has legally ended, the conflict has unfortunately shifted to a much more sensitive area—the custody and well-being of my son.”

“Currently, I am in a legal battle for custody. Despite the divorce being over, I am being denied the right to see my own son,” he added.

A father who continues to fight for his son, he is being extortioned just to see him. He said, “I am being asked for a flat in Mumbai and a monthly payment of 2 lakh rupees just for the ‘privilege’ of seeing my child. I have already taken care of my son’s school fees and all other necessary expenses. I have always been, and remain, committed to providing for his future.”

Gauravv hasn’t seen his son since October 8, 2025, a devastating ordeal for anyone. He said, “It is heart-wrenching that a father’s love is being measured by real estate and monthly installments. My goal is simple: mutual custody and a stable environment for my son, free from drama and financial negotiations.”

While he was dealing with things on the personal front, there was a buzz that he might be participating in the reality show Bigg Boss too. To clear the air around the rumor, he said, “The truth is that my focus has never been on reality TV fame. My priority is resolving my family matters and building my YouTube channel, ‘Beyond 9to5 Gaurav Saxena.'”

“If I were offered the show this year, I would only consider it if it provided a platform to honestly address the misconceptions surrounding my life and the reality of being a father fighting for his child. However, right now, my energy is on my son and my new beginning in India,” Gauravv ended.
