Kajol,Tanuja, Tanishaa, Sharbani all set for Durga Puja 17.

Actress Kajol, Tanishaa, Sharbani get into Festive Mode. Kajol with mother Tanuja hosted the first look of goddess Durga of the North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja Pandal, one of the oldest durga puja pandals founded by Sasadhar Mukerji and Satirani Mukerji recently at Dadar.

Kajol, Tanishaa, Tanuja and Sharbani all sisters with mom spotted recently at at North Bombay Sarbojanik Durga Puja Samiti.

Actress Kajol along with her mother Tanuja and sister Tanishaa visited a sarbojanik Durga Puja samiti to meet the artist who make Durga idol for puja. Kajol posted a picture from their visit to the North Bombay samiti, which is organized by Kajol’s cousin Sharbani Mukherjee.

Sharbani, who has featured in films like Border and Aanch, gave her sisters and aunt a tour of the pandal, which is still in work-in-progress stage for the upcoming celebration.

‘Amazing artists,’ Kajol wrote on Twitter and added “The Mukerjis out in full force. Went to see the men who make the goddesses. Amazing artists,” on her social media handle.

Kajol looked pristine in a white ensemble, Tanishaa opted for a soft sari while Tanuja wore a pastel green embroidered sari. Sharbani looked pretty in a white suit paired with purple dupatta. Kajol, Tanishaa, Tanuja and Sharbaani also posed with the artists. Here are more pictures from their Friday’s visit.

Kajol and Tanishaa are daughters of actress Tanuja and filmmaker Shomu Mukherjee while Sharbani is the daughter of Shomu Mukherjee’s brother Rono Mukherjee. Actress Rani Mukerji and director Ayan Mukherji are also Kajol and Sharbaani’s cousins.

Kajol was last seen in Tamil film Velaiilla Pattadhari 2 or VIP 2, co-starring Dhanush.The film performed exceptionally well at the box office in south India. However, the film’s Hindi version, which was tilted Lalkar, was not as successful as its Tamil counterpart. VIP 2 was directed by Rajinikanth’s daughter Soundarya.

Sister Tanisha along with family members Debu Mukherjee and Sharbani Mukherjee also marked their presence. The idol of Maa Durga, sculpted by Amit Pal and his team of artisans from Kolkata, is 17-ft-tall.

Kajol hasn’t announced her next project yet but her actor husband Ajay Devgn was recently seen in Baadshaho and is currently awaiting the release of Golmaal Again
