Veteran actor Govind Namdev is at Shirdi, Maharashtra, to celebrate his 63rd birthday on Sunday.

“I have a religious background. I have a huge gratitude for God who gave me this beautiful life. That’s why we visit Shirdi on every birthday. So, I am at Shirdi for celebrating my birthday,” the “OMG – Oh My God!” actor said in a statement.

He starts his day with Shirdi ‘darshan’ and ends it with a grand dinner party.

“We enjoy a lot. There is dance and other activities,” he said.

His birthday resolution?

“I’ll take out time from my film’s shooting and write a play,” said Govind.

This birthday is special for him because he has “six films and all are releasing till the year end. Every project is different and significant. So, I am very excited”.

He has in his kitty films like “Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana”, “Jhalki” and “Kashi in Search of Ganga”.
