Actor and celebrity stylist Riddhima Sharma has made a name for herself in the world of fashion, but what sets her apart is her ability to balance creativity with her clients’ comfort and personal style—whether they’re actors or athletes. Sharing her experience of working with Kolkata Knight Riders’ cricketer Vaibhav Arora, she called him “simple and grounded” and said, “He always says, ‘Riddhima, you’re a stylist—you know better what will look good.’ Styling him is always so comfortable and easy because he’s so simple and decent.”

Their first collaboration happened a year ago, when she styled him for his sister’s wedding. Despite being based in different cities—she was in Chandigarh and he was in Mumbai—she managed to coordinate everything virtually. “I sent him clothes through video calls, and they fit him perfectly! He looked absolutely amazing,” she shared.

A self-proclaimed fan of the IPL, she roots for KKR, making her experience with Vaibhav all the more special. When asked how styling cricketers differs from actors, she mentioned that it depends a lot on the occasion. “Actors usually dress for a character, while cricketers prefer a more casual, streetwear-inspired look. But at the end of the day, it’s all about comfort and confidence,” she said.

As for her style of working, she loves to experiment. “I love experimenting with mix-and-match styles—playing with different fabrics and creating something unique and authentic out of them,” Riddhima concluded.
