Rejoice Singh, the Manipur-born Hair and Makeup Designer, has been signed for an upcoming international film that will be shot in Meghalaya, Northeast India.

His work has already been widely appreciated in South India, particularly for the Kannada film Chilli Chicken, directed by Prateek Prajosh under Metanoia Studios, Bangalore. The film, now streaming on Amazon Prime, highlighted his ability to bring authenticity and detail to every character.

Rejoice also played a pivotal role in Miss Universe India 2024, where he designed the looks for several contestants, including internet favorite Sarangthem Nirupama, who went on to finish as 4th Runner-Up.

This international project marks a major milestone in his career and underlines the growing presence of talent from Northeast India in global cinema.
