Ravi B Ranjan Sharma bagged the Best Cinematography Award for the Manipuri film Lembi Leima, at the recently concluded Golden Fern Films Award, Darjeeling. Lembi Leima featuring Bala Hijam Ningthoujam, Bijou Thaangjam and Naveen Jagbir Sandhu, the film revolves around the journey of a woman presumed as a bad omen for a village and after a night, goddess for the other.

The film won three more awards at the festival – Best Actor (female), Best Supporting Actor (male) and Best Film.

Lembi Leima is directed by Mayank Pratap Singh and produced by Bijou Thaangjam and Rj.
