Poonam Dhillon and Padmini Kolhapure present at  unveiling of  IFTAA Awards- trophies, organized by Kushal Suresh Dhuri.

The 26/11 terrorist attacks in Mumbai shook the entire nation. The Mumbai Police, NSG (National Security Guard), and several other security agencies fought bravely against the terrorists. Brave Mumbai Police officers like Hemant Karkare, Vijay Salaskar, and Ashok Kamte were martyred in this attack. To pay tribute to these martyrs and honor their families, social worker and businessman Kushal Suresh Dhuri is organizing the IFTAA Awards ceremony on November 26, 2025. The trophy for the awards was launched at The Club in Mumbai. Distinguished Bollywood guests Padmini Kolhapure and Poonam Dhillon were present on this occasion. Kushal Suresh Dhuri welcomed and honored all the guests. A cake was also cut to mark the occasion.

Many guests were present at the event, including Waris Pathan, film writer Imtiaz Hussain, Anand Balraj, Nilesh Malhotra (actor, director, producer), actress Mahi Sharma (Kumkum Bhagya fame), Ramesh Goyal, Ali Khan, Marathi actress Resham Tipnis, Jayant Wadkar, Vijay Patkar, Vishwajeet Soni (Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain fame), Rajiv Nigam, Naveen Prabhakar, Sahila Chaddha, Sanjay Mahale (DMC), Anil Galgali, Anand Balraj, Uday Pratap Singh, Deepak Pandit (IRS), Ravi Subarna (IRS), Vinod Mehta, Pallavi Singh, Deepak Kapadia, Pappu Bhai, senior journalist Chaitanya Padukone, Vikas Mahante (Modi ji’s look-alike), and Prashant Rane. Actor and producer Amol Bawdhankar was also present to support Kushal Suresh Dhuri’s initiative. The grand IFTAA Awards ceremony will be held under the banner of Shri Ratna Balaji Films at Chitrakoot Ground in Mumbai on November 26, 2025. The show’s director and producer will be Rajiv Chaudhary, and the co-organizers will be Surendra Pal and Ramakant Munde.  
Veteran actress Poonam Dhillon congratulated Kushal Suresh Dhuri on receiving this award and said that it’s easy to be a hero in films, but being a real-life hero requires courage and bravery. Honoring soldiers and police officers, and supporting their families, is a very important task. The purpose of this award ceremony is to remember and pay tribute to the martyrs of 26/11, the soldiers, and their families.
Padmini Kolhapure said that those who protect the country are the real-life heroes, and everyone should come forward to help their families. Kushal Suresh Dhuri’s initiative is commendable.

The awards organizer, Kushal Suresh Dhuri, said that the Indians who were martyred in the 26/11 attacks were true heroes. We are organizing this award ceremony, “An Evening in the Name of Martyrs,” to pay tribute to them and to help their families. Along with real-life heroes, we will also honor reel-life heroes.
