So today as being honoured with such a prestigious award by giving me a tap on my shoulder for all my hard work has felt like finally it has paid off and pushed me little furthermore to do better and better in life. I am very blessed to see my name in such a hugely prestigious award like Northeast Unsung heroes Red Carpet social awards, I would like to thank all the team and jury members for this honour and especially ma’am Rebecca Changkija Sema for believing in me. And I hope and pray I will be able to motivate and encourage all our youths and do better in life.
This social event is to promote the unsung heroes of Northeast India, recognizing for their silent contribution to society. Last year it was held in Mumbai Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in the presence of Governor of Maharashtra Shri.Bhagat Singh Koshyari along with all respected resident commissioners of Northeast house. Earlier, celebrities like Mahima Chaudhary, Zeenat Aman, Nepali actor Bhuwan KC graced the award function the initiative in Nagaland and Sikkim.
RJ Priyanka Tamang is also appointed as Chairperson of SIKKIM Northeast India for LADIES OF ALL NATIONS INTERNATIONAL. Ladies of All Nations International is a community interest organisation that is prominent within the UK and operates in more than 85 countries worldwide. It is an organisation that supports survivors and brings women from all walks of life together.
