Sehnoor on Gandhi Jayanti

On Wednesday, heavy rains wreaked havoc in the western and southern parts of the country claiming the lives of at least 35 people across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh. Severe waterlogging, traffic jams disrupted the lives of people across these states and several trees and electricity poles were uprooted due to the deluge. Telangana government has declared holidays on Wednesday and Thursday for all private institutions, offices, and non-essential services. At the same time, she also got the courage to fight this situation.

Sehnoor said “Recasting rains … I am deeply saddened at the tragic loss and suffering that Hyderabad has been experiencing as a result of the ongoing monsoon floods. Never seen such a disaster in my life happening in my native place. It’s so heartbreaking to see people being washed away. The Telangana Government provides control room helpline 9490617444 in case of any emergency. I hope and pray for safety. Plz stay connected and stay safe hope it ends soon !! Lots of love from Hyderabadi SEHNOOR …”

On the work front, Sehnoor’s ‘Girlfriend’ song received a good response from her fans. Recently, ‘Badan Pe Sitare 2.0’ music video has been released with Asim Riaz, which has been a blockbuster and is still trending on YouTube. Sehnoor made her debut as a singer from this song.
