Actress Veronica Vanij who’s known for her work in projects like ‘Non Stop Dhamaal’, Bandh Tijori, Jo Hukum Mere Aaka, Aantrik & many more has come out all guns blazing to extend her respect, admiration and support for the Indian army after their brave attack against Pakistani terrorist camps in ‘Operation Sindoor’. The operation that took on the week hours of 7th May saw the Indian army crush as many as 9 targets which were proving to be a breeding ground for terrorists. The attack was done to avenge the death of innocent tourists in Kashmir who were killed mercilessly by terrorists after being asked to identify their religion. Veronica, who has always been very straightforward and vocal regarding issues related to the country poured her heart out on the matter.

During a recent event, when she was asked about what she felt about ‘Operation Sindoor’, an emotional Veronica shared,

“This was indeed and truly the need of the hour. Imagine the audacity to identify Hindus by religion and kill them just on that basis. This was their way of trying to ignite hatred between Indians and Muslims in this country. They failed and not only did they fail, they ended up bringing us closer after the deadly act. Maybe these Pakistani terrorists forget that India has the most number of Muslims in the whole world compared to any other country. This attack was much needed for the country overall and of course for the Hindus. Cross-border killing has taken so many lives till now and it’s just sad. As a country, we have had enough and it’s high time we retaliate and give it back so that these cowards don’t dare to mess with us. The honourable Government of India and our brave Indian army have done exactly that and I am so proud to be an Indian. Bharat Mata Ki Jai. Jai Hind.”
